Leigh says
" What a great way to spend a Saturday!  The course covered everything you need to know to complete your mosaic piece.  I met some lovely ladies and now just need to do lots of practising with design to make my next master piece."

The community hall is located at 4 Hamilton Drive, Wauiku

One Day Beginner's Class

9.am -4.30pm

$95 plus materials

I  supply tuition, use of tools, glue, grout and morning and afternoon tea.

In this beginners course you will learn everything you will need to get you started, to inspire and to nourish your creative self from basic design, tools and techniques.  I will guide you each step of the way and share with you how to create your own masterpiece.  You will go home with a finished piece of art and with the confidence to create more mosaic art for your home, family and friends.

You bring your lunch, any materials you may wish to use (you can purchase materials from me on the day or pre-order via my supplies page), and your smile.  I always bring with me a wide range of bases and tiles to choose from.

It is best, if a complete beginner, to start with something small and flat (preferably without too many curves), such as a mirror, stepping stone or trivet. If in doubt talk to me about what project you have in mind and we can decide how to progress.

So sign up today for this fabulous class, I would love you to join us.
