Everything Mosaic Garden
At the end of 2014 I was made redundant which came as a bit of a shock. While deciding what to do next the idea of creating a mosaic garden that could be opened up to the public came about.
We have a fairly flat piece of land that we have always wondered what we should do with. We have toyed with a few ideas but none of them really grabbed us. But the thought of creating a mosaic garden which incorporates two of my passions, captured our imaginations and plans were put in place.
First we decided the old ugly pine trees along the fence line had to come down. We couldn't risk one of them falling on the precious mosaics or plants. So in came the tree fellers and down they came. We were left with a huge pile of debris that we are currently working our way through, sorting the good fire wood from the useless. Dave (hubby) is chainsawing his way through the pile and I am using the wood splitter to make wonderful logs for the fire.
